The 2016 IVF Va'a World Sprints Champs is to be hosted at Lake Kawana, Australia.
The Sunshine Coast has successfully bid to host the 2016 World Outrigging Sprint Championships which will be held at Lake Kawana.
The Australian Outrigging Canoe Racing Association (AOCRA) in partnership with the Sunshine Coast Council are developing plans to leverage and promote the event and the sport of outrigging prior to 2016 and beyond.
