In a well-known score, Brazil thrashes Haiti and now fights for the group leadership

In an easy game, Brazil smashed Haiti by a score of 7-1 and now fights for the leadership of Group B in Copa America.

With a big intensity during the whole game, the Brazilian squad did not have many difficulties to pass through the confused Haitian defence and presented a really good teamwork.

The player of the match was certainly the 23-years-old player Philippe Coutinho, which came good with a hat-trick and made a superb presentation. The other goals were scored by Renato Augusto (2), Lucas Lima (1) and Gabriel (1).

Showing some attacking variation trough the middle-field, especially with the sudden appearances of Elias and Renato Augusto, the Brazilian squad showed a different football comparing to the last presentations against Panama and Ecuador, respectively.

Even thought the questionable quality of the opponent, Dunga`s team played with a good mobility in the wings, while showed creativity in the midfield even after the substitutions of Casemiro and Jonas.

After beating one of the weakest opponents of the tournament, Brazil will decide on Monday its final position in Group B against Peru, in an attempt of signing up their new concept of football after the World Cup Trauma, which is far of being forgotten by the Brazilians. The Championship                                        

Copa America 2016 is a special centenary edition to celebrate 100 years. The competition is an official agreement between the South American Football Confederation (CONMEBOL) and CONCACAF (CONCACAF).

The competition has been expanded for this landmark edition, with the 10 South American representatives (Argentina, Uruguay, Brazil, Ecuador, Peru, Chile, Venezuela, Bolivia, Colombia and Paraguay) is being complemented by six teams from the rest of the Americas (USA, Costa Rica Panama, Mexico, Jamaica and Haiti).
