The king of Spain in tour to the neighbouring countries

Felipe VI meets François Hollande, Manuel Valls and Claude Bartolone for his first visit to France as a new Spanish head of state.

The king, who succeeded his father on 19 of June, will make his first official trip, 22 of July, starting in Paris, where he will first meet with the French president. For the occasion, a luncheon will be held at the Elysée. During his visit, that will last a day, the new Spanish monarch will also meet Manuel Valls, the French first minister and Claude Bartolone, President of the National Assembly of France at the Hôtel de Lassay.

This trip is the fourth foreign trip of the new monarch, after avisit to the Vaticanon June 30, Portugal is being visited on July 8th and Morocco on July 14th, as a form of presentation tour to neighboring countries.
