Spanish guitarist Pepe Romero brings his talent with the guitar in two concerts in Australia

One of the best guitarists around the world, the Spanish Pepe Romero, arrives to Australia to bring his show and his talent to the Australian crowd with 2 dates on stage, in concerts that will be held at the Sydney Opera House next 1^st and 2^nd of August at 8PM. The concerts are part of his show “Pepe Romero: Guitar From The Heart”.

Each instrument has its own 'royal family' and Pepe Romero is the undoubted king of the classical guitar world, with an international performance career spanning more than 50 years. Now, the Spanish guitarist is arriving to Australia to show his talent and demonstrate how he feels music joined to his guitar.

In 2014 Romero will have his Symphony debut in two special and awaited event concerts featuring Joaquín Rodrigo's much-loved Concierto de Aranjuez, and the heart-melting lute concerto by the classic Vivaldi.

The program will include master pieces as Rossini's The Barber of Seville: Overture, Joaquín Rodrigo's Concierto de Aranjuez, Vivaldi's Concerto in D, RV 93, and Beehoven's Symphony Nº 8, accompanied by Tito Muñoz. In other words, a really prodigious and delightful dose of music and ardent passion from a Spanish living legend of guitar.

As Los Angeles Times said about Pepe Romero…”he never just plays a piece, never just makes it sing. He creates a conversation with it… a dialogue on one instrument”. Now, this conversation comes down under to continue with the speech, the speech using the universal music language and with the feelings as a conducting wire.
