Last Friday night (29th May 2015) at the New Farms’ Cinema in Brisbane, Karen Loves went ahead hosting a great event to welcome and celebrate the San Andreas release; of course Gringo Entertainment TV would not miss that out. The event was fully of shiny smiles, light and great cocktails plus an elegant red carpet witch made the attendees spread good energy.

Let’s see what was going on in there:

Gringo Media: What was your role in the film?

Karen: I was one of the extras in the restaurant scene with kylie Minogue and Carla Gugino.

Gringo Media: Was it your first time acting in a movie and for how long have you working as an actress?

Karen: yeah! It was my first in a Blockbuster film, however I was selected to be in Terra Nova for Steven Spielberg but due to other commitments, I was overseas also I work as an actress almost 3 years.

Gringo Media: Well! When people watch movies with this type of characteristic (Natural disasters), somehow they usually put themselves in this situation, which is really scary, tell us when was the scariest moment for you, while you were recording?

Karen: Hahaha easy to say, every time quakes and shakes happens I am sure that not just myself but everyone felt scared a bit, the fact we were well trained so nobody would get bruised or hurt.

Yasmin Palfrey also worked as extra, let’s check out what she has to say:

Yasmin Palfrey:  It’s so stranger to see myself on the big screen, I saw my back a couple times actually and I was running very fast, I was recorded and spent 3 days pretending to be a looter.

Gringo Media: Has it been your first participating in a film?

Yasmin: No, It was my second experience as an extra on major motion picture.

Gringo Media: Have you had been involved in any other project, and what are you planning next?

Yasmin: No. I have to turn down a lot of work due to family commitments.
