If you want to try the best about the tasty and unlimited flavours of noodles you have a big date to attend this weeks in South Bank with the Night Noodle Markets, which is underway now from July 17th to July 27th, as part of the Good Food Month Festival that takes places in Brisbane.
Inside this special festival you can enjoy noodles of noodles (and more) from a lot of fantastic asian restaurants specialized in noodles, 22 in total, 19 of them based in Brisbane and 3 more for their Sydney or Melbourne base to join this special date. The smell of spice, the sound of sizzling meat and the sight of dozens of coloured lanterns greeted hungry Brisbane residents advise that the Night Noodle Markets is on, and people is ready and enjoying the celebration.
Good Food Month festival director Joanna Savill said she wasn’t surprised to see such enthusiasm at the first day of the Night Noodle Markets. “Australians love the open air, we love Asian-style street food, we like to socialise, hang out with our friends, do something a little bit different,” she said. “The Night Noodle Markets really ticks all of those boxes for people, for all ages and stages.”

Graze your way around different parts of Asia with Good Food Month’s signature event the Night Noodle Markets - featuring outdoor hawker-style food stalls, live entertainment, themed bars and lantern-lit pathways. Brisbane’s favourite eateries will be dishing up everything from charcoal-grilled yakitori sticks and gyoza, to steaming bowls of Vietnamese pho and and desserts.
