Live a cold Christmas this weekend and celebrate Latin-Style in West End
Food, music and party related with a Christmas theme, Brisbane brings the winter and cold to you.
If you have been discouraged by your Christmas down under, or you're not accustomed to live a Christmas Eve lying on the beach, with bikini, flip-flops and sunscreen, and Santa's images with snow all around, you have now a great opportunity to live again the real sense of Christmas in this party.
LACA (Latin American Community of Australia) presents the Christmas in July Latin Style Party, which will held next 26th of July at 6:30PM in West End at Colossus Lounge, just to live the “real” flavour of Christmas, even though it wasn't the real time to Santa Claus travel or the end of the year and have to recognise the fake.
Food, music and party with a Christmas theme, Brisbane brings the winter and cold to you. Anyway, all the people participating in the party will be contributing since the celebration is a fundraising event to support the big Brisbane Fiesta Latina 2014 scheduled for the 1stcof November in West End as well.
In this case, artist as Mambises, Dj Krush or a live salsa band will be giving enough joy to forget for a few hours the cold winter climate of Brisbane and get warm into a Christmas ambient.
Tickets is 15$ if you are an early bird, and 10$ for LACA members and concessions. Tickets at the door: 20$, 15$ for LACA members and concessions.
So hurry up and don't hesitate to search your forgotten Santa's hat, your Rudolph horns, or your long white beards. Christmas is a magical period, and who says now can't be magical as well?
