El Telon Theatre Company is a company created by two Latinos; one from Brazil, Eudes, and the other from Colombia, Sebastian.

El Tele is a Spanish words meaning "curtain" in English. Sebastian's company in Colombia went by the same name, so when he came to Australia he suggested to Eudes to keep the same name with the slogan, "Open the curtain with your mind."

The company has been running in Australia for a year and half. What started out as a group of friends having fun doing what they like, is now a budding theatre company. The idea is to take it to the next level, performing around Brisbane. They have started performing at King George square, at primary schools and for private event and functions.

Let us introduce one of the creators, 

Eudes de Jesus Araujo from Brazil who is 26 years old. He started acting in theatres a long time ago back in Brazil, but here in Australia he has been acting for about three years.

 Eudes is passionate about the company and would like to spend his life pursuing it

"At the moment this company is my second thing but I would like to make it my priority. I believe we are growing fast; We have new partnerships, new places and new people hearing about us," explains Eudes.

Sebastian Ruan Carlos, 24 years old, has been acting for over six years and has been in Australia for three years. He studied acting in Colombia and performed as part of an official theatre company in Japan.

When asked about his goals for the  company, Sebastian tells,

"I would like this company to have its own venue, and to be able to put more shows on and reach more people …
